
The Department of Labor’s (DOL) Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC) has issued its latest report on PERM and prevailing wage determination (PWD) processing times.
As of May 8, 2025, DOL was conducting analyst review for PERM applications filed in January 2024 or earlier, and the agency indicates N/A for the audit processing queue. DOL is working on standard reconsideration requests that were filed in March 2025 or earlier.
As of April 30, 2025, DOL is issuing prevailing wage determinations (PWDs) for PERM prevailing wage requests filed in December 2024 (OES) and November 2024 (non-OES), and for H-1B prevailing wage requests filed in December 2024 (OES and non-OES). The agency has been processing PERM prevailing wage redeterminations requested in January 2025 and H-1B prevailing wage redeterminations requested in March 2025. DOL is also processing PERM and H-1B Center Director reviews requested in October 2024.
