
The Department of Labor (DOL) has issued its latest report on PERM and prevailing wage determination (PWD) processing times.
As of December 1, 2025, DOL was conducting analyst review for PERM applications filed in July 2024 or earlier, and audit review for PERM applications filed in November 2024 or earlier. DOL is working on reconsideration requests that were filed in August 2025 or earlier.
As of December 1, 2025, DOL was issuing prevailing wage determinations (PWDs) for PERM prevailing wage requests filed in July 2025 (for OEWS-based requests) and April 2025 (for non-OEWS requests) and for H-1B prevailing wage requests filed in July 2025 (for OEWS-based requests) and May 2025 (for non-OEWS requests). The agency has been processing PERM and H-1B prevailing wage redeterminations requested in July 2025. In addition, the agency is processing PERM Center Director Reviews from October 2025.
