The Department of Labor (DOL) has issued its latest report on PERM and prevailing wage determination (PWD) processing times.
As of January 5, 2026, DOL was conducting analyst review for PERM applications filed in August 2024 or earlier, and audit review for PERM applications filed in December 2024 or earlier. DOL is working on reconsideration requests that were filed in August 2025 or earlier.
As of January 5, 2026, DOL was issuing prevailing wage determinations (PWDs) for PERM and H-1B prevailing wage requests filed in August 2025 (for OEWS-based requests) and June 2025 (for non-OEWS requests). The agency has been processing PERM prevailing wage redeterminations requested in September 2025 and H-1B prevailing wage redeterminations requested in August 2025. In addition, the agency is processing PERM Center Director Reviews from October 2025.
