Next month, USCIS will only accept employment-based adjustment of status applications from foreign nationals with a priority date that is earlier than the applicable Final Action Date listed in the State Department’s July 2025 Visa Bulletin.
Employment-Based Priority Date Cutoffs for July 2025
To be eligible to file an employment-based adjustment application in July, foreign nationals must have a priority date that is earlier than the date listed below for their preference category and country.
USCIS has chosen the Final Action Dates chart listed in next month’s State Department Visa Bulletin for employment-based applications.
