United States: June 2026 DOL PERM and PWD Processing Times

The Department of Labor (DOL) has issued its latest report on PERM and prevailing wage determination (PWD) processing times.

As of June 30, 2026, DOL was conducting analyst review for PERM applications filed in June 2025 or earlier, and audit review for PERM applications filed in December 2025 or earlier. DOL is working on reconsideration requests that were filed in February 2026 or earlier. 

As of June 30, 2026, DOL was issuing prevailing wage determinations (PWDs) for PERM and H-1B prevailing wage requests filed in April 2026 (for OEWS-based requests) and March 2026 (for non-OEWS requests). The agency has been processing PERM and H-1B prevailing wage redeterminations requested in April 2026 and PERM Center Director Reviews from May 2026.
