United States: USCIS Announces Filing Updates for FY 2023 Supplemental H-2B Petitions

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced filing updates for petitioners who will be requesting additional H-2B workers under the upcoming temporary final rule providing supplemental H-2B visas for FY 2023. The agency announced a change in filing locations for petitions filed under the supplemental allocations, as well as an upcoming temporary suspension until January 3, 2023 of premium processing for H-2B supplemental cap petitions.
