Vietnam: Amendment to Labour Decree 152 Released

As expected (although earlier than expected), the Vietnamese government has published the long-awaited amendment to Labour Decree No. 152 (issued as Labour Decree No. 70).  This follows the release of the draft amendment in July and is effective immediately from September 18, 2023.  Fragomen is reviewing the specific changes of the final Decree (against the previous draft amendment) and will soon provide a detailed breakdown of these updates in an alert.
