Vietnam: Company Registration Website Now Available for New Labor Market Testing Requirements

The Ho Chi Minh Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (DOLISA) has created a website for local companies (or their authorized representatives) to register themselves in accordance with the new labor market testing requirements that will go into effect on January 1, 2024. The website allows companies to post job openings for the required minimum of 15 days before seeking to hire foreign nationals. Additional guidance on exact requirements and information for the job postings are expected to be forthcoming.
