The Act on Assistance to Ukrainian Citizens is in force until March 4, 2026. It provides access to the labor market for individuals who, due to military operations conducted in that country, legally entered the territory of the Republic of Poland from February 24, 2022.
Meeting topics include:
- What are the potential scenarios for legalizing the stay and work of people with refugee experience from Ukraine in Poland after March 2026?
- What can companies do today to best prepare for potential legislative changes?
- Could CUKR status be a solution for Ukrainian employees and employers?
