Tomasz has more than 12 years of professional experience in employment and immigration law. He has managed projects involving international employee mobility, including intra-company transfers, postings abroad and local hiring of foreign nationals in Poland. He has represented clients in immigration matters before government authorities, appeals boards and courts.
Tomasz has provided comprehensive guidance on HR issues related to employing foreign nationals and has conducted seminars and training sessions on these topics. He has also written articles and commentaries for the press on matters involving the employment of foreign workers.
Tomasz speaks English, French, German and Polish.
