Abigail is an Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where she represents multinational corporate clients in all aspects of U.S. immigration law. She focuses her practice on immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters for clients in a variety of industries, including financial services, insurance, telecommunications, manufacturing, consulting and engineering.
During law school, Abigail was Chapter Director of her school’s chapter of the International Refugee Assistance Project (IRAP), a nonprofit that organizes law students and lawyers to develop and enforce a set of legal and human rights for refugees and displaced people, and served as Notes and Articles Editor for Fordham International Law Journal. Abigail also served as a Law Clerk at Fragomen during law school and interned at The Legal Aid Society’s Immigration Law Unit.
