Abigail is an Associate at Fragomen’s Boston office where she advises corporate clients on a variety of immigration matters.

She has also worked as a Law Clerk at Fragomen’s San Francisco office, where she assisted with EB-1 and O-1 filings, responses to Requests for Evidence and National Interest Waivers.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Abigail worked at a boutique business immigration firm outside of Boston, where she worked on a variety of immigrant and nonimmigrant case types, including H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, PERM, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, I-140 and family- and employment-based AOS.

She has provided pro bono assistance with Asylum applications as a student attorney at the Immigrant Justice Clinic at Northeastern University School of Law.
