Adam is an Associate at Fragomen’s Boston office, where he practices U.S. business immigration law. He assists corporate clients in the information technology sector with employment-based immigration matters, particularly H, L and TN nonimmigrant visas.
During law school, Adam served as a Law Clerk at Fragomen’s Boston office, helping to respond to Requests for Evidence (RFE), Notices of Intent to Deny (NOID), Notices of Intent to Revoke (NOIR), 221(g) consular refusals and I-290B motions. Prior to joining Fragomen, Adam gained experience with visitor visa applications, temporary protected status (TPS) applications, Department of Labor and I-9 audits, J-1 waivers, I-601/I-601A waivers, marriage-based petitions and naturalization applications, as well as representing clients at local USCIS field offices.
Adam has provided pro bono services in conjunction with the Political Asylum/Immigration Representation (PAIR) Project and Project Citizenship.
