Adela is a Manager (Rechtsanwältin) in Fragomen’s Frankfurt office, where she practices German and European immigration law. Adela advises individuals and corporate clients across a variety of different industries on all aspects of their corporate immigration needs and compliance.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Adela worked as a legal advisor in the area of migration law at the Hessian Ministry of Social Affairs and Integration. Prior to that, she was a research associate at the Institute of Public Law focusing on international and European Law at the Goethe University Frankfurt. In this position, she was responsible for the supervision of lectures in European law, migration law, international law and German constitutional law and also pursued lecturing and publishing activities. During her legal traineeship, she worked at a private practice exclusively focused on asylum, immigration and citizenship.

Adela is a regular contributor to thought leadership articles and publications in the industry. She is a co-author of the Handbook "Ausländer- und Asylrecht" (4th edition, Editor: Dr. Reinhard Marx) and is responsible for the chapter on labor migration.

Additionally, Adela has been an associate lecturer at the Goethe University in Frankfurt since 2017, where she teaches immigration law, refugee law and citizenship law.

Adela speaks Czech, English and German.
