Agata is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s San Diego office. She has more than six years of experience as an attorney and paralegal supporting clients with their U.S. corporate immigration and nationality needs.
Before joining Fragomen, Agata practiced immigration law with boutique California-based immigration law firms, where she provided immigration services to individuals as well as multinational and national corporations from a diverse range of industries, including sports, advertising, information technology, financial services and retail. She focused her practice on immigration program management and advising clients on compliance matters and enterprise-wide immigration protocols.
Agata’s pro bono work has included assisting low-income individuals who qualify for the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program and screening children and their families for immigration relief, including immediate relative petitions and asylum applications.
Agata speaks English and Polish. She immigrated to the U.S. after graduating from law school in Poland.
