Aileen is a Senior Associate and joined Fragomen as an Associate in our Santa Clara office in 2015. She has a wide range of experience representing corporate clients in various industries, including information technology, finance, and construction. Aileen works with clients to prepare various employment-based nonimmigrant petitions including TN visas, H-1B visas, L-1 visas and E-3 petitions, as well as employment-based I-140 immigrant petitions and adjustment of status applications. Her experience also includes supporting clients’ applications for naturalization, re-entry permits, B-2 visas, and various family-based immigration matters, and assisting them with consular processing requirements. 

Aileen interned at the National Human Rights Commission of Korea, where she provided assistance to immigrants working in Korea.
