Aisha is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s London office, where she provides strategic immigration advice to clients ranging from multinational corporations, SMEs and start-ups to private clients. Aisha works closely with clients in the technology, legal, finance, engineering and creative sectors to provide both corporate and private immigration advice, including Skilled Worker and Global Business Mobility visas, Appendix FM, Global Talent, Settlement and British citizenship.
With more than six years’ experience in immigration and nationality law, she is committed to helping clients navigate complex immigration rules in a streamlined manner. This includes providing client training and ad-hoc advisory services, with a particular interest in immigration program and policy management following completion of a secondment opportunity within a Global Mobility team at a well-known finance company.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Aisha assisted clients on asylum and human rights immigration applications within a deportation and detention department.
Aisha speaks English and Urdu.
