Alberto is an Associate at Fragomen’s Chicago office with more than five years of immigration experience. In his role, he counsels individuals and clients on a variety of family and employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visa processes.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Alberto started his career working as a Law Clerk for a small immigration firm while attending law school. During this time, he assisted with the preparation of employment- and family-based immigration cases and immigration court cases. Following his tenure as a Law Clerk, Alberto began his career at Fragomen in July 2019 as a paralegal supporting employment-based immigration cases including H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, O-1, TN, I-140 (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3) and PERM. In May 2022, Alberto returned to Fragomen as an Associate.
