Alexandria is an Associate at Fragomen’s San Diego office, where she provides immigration support to multinational corporate clients on various aspects of U.S. employment-based immigration law. She has extensive experience providing immigration services to small and large companies, which include nonimmigrant visa petitions (H-1B, L-1, and TN), PERM Labor Certification process, I-140 immigrant petitions and adjustment of status applications.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Alexandria worked as an Attorney at a large immigration law firm in Texas, where she provided employment-based immigration services and strategic guidance to multinational technology companies.
During law school, Alexandria interned with the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) and worked at the Michigan State University (MSU) College of Law’s Immigration Law Clinic. She was also a member of the International Law Review and served as Treasurer of the International Law Society.
Alexandria’s commitment and passion for immigration law stems from her international background. She immigrated to the United States from Russia at the age of fifteen and understands the struggles and hardship of moving to a new county. While attending college, she spent a semester in the Netherlands studying International Law and Human Rights and also spent two weeks in China and Taiwan studying leadership from a global perspective.
Alexandria’s pro bono experience includes assisting with family-based immigrant petitions, adjustment of status applications and Special Immigrant Juvenile petitions
Alexandria speaks English and Russian.
