Alexia is a Senior Immigration Program Manager based in Sheffield and has been with Fragomen for more than a decade. In her career she has also worked from our Johannesburg and Shanghai practices. Alexia has worked in multiple arms of the firm including the Private Client Practice, Compliance and Knowledge, with particular experience within the Global Immigration Program Management practice.
Alexia currently serves as the Global Immigration Program Manager on several of the firm’s large clients and supports process implementation, protocol management, crisis response, escalation management, contractual matters, finance and overall service delivery. She also leads a team of analysts who manage a bespoke program of nominated clients.
As part of Alexia’s role, she is also largely involved with API and system integrations as well as supporting clients with their overall global mobility policies, mergers and acquisitions and procurement initiatives.
