Alison is an Associate at Fragomen’s Los Angeles office, where she advises corporate clients on PERM labor certification strategy and employment-based immigration matters, including prevailing wage compliance, labor market testing, recruitment review, and ETA Form 9089 preparation.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Alison held several leadership positions at USCIS, most recently as Deputy Chief of the Fraud Detection and National Security Division within the Refugee, Asylum and International Operations Directorate, where she oversaw more than 400 personnel responsible for identifying and addressing fraud, public safety and national security concerns in humanitarian immigration programs.

Experience
Collaborated with interagency partners, including law enforcement and intelligence community agencies, the Department of State, the National Security Council and White House staff on screening and vetting issues affecting refugee and asylum programs during her time with USCIS.
Regularly briefed senior USCIS leadership on related policy, operational and national security matters.
Served as the sole immigration attorney for Legal Aid Society of Mid-New York’s Citizenship Project, providing advice, representation and legal services across a 13-county region. Focused on naturalization and lawful permanent residence matters for refugee populations and expanded the program to include representation of victims of human trafficking and other serious crimes.
