Andrea, Counsel at Fragomen’s Silicon Valley office, is involved with large corporate clients and has worked in all aspects of employment and family immigration. This includes nonimmigrant visa petitions, H-1s, TNs, O-1s, L-1s. The other aspects of her practice include immigrant visa petitions and the related labor certification processes, including PERM. Having practiced for more than ten years, she has experience in most aspects of employment immigration. Prior to joining Fragomen, she worked in various legal fields including family and criminal.
