Arayba is an Associate and Solicitor sitting within Fragomen’s UK Inbound team. With her client-centric approach, she is committed to helping corporate and private clients navigate UK immigration processes and compliance obligations. Arayba provides strategic UK immigration advice to a range of corporate clients from global organizations to SMEs across a range of sectors, including financial services, biotech, pharmaceutical, fashion, entertainment and media.

Arayba advises companies and individuals on all aspect covered by the UK Immigration Rules including Skilled Worker and Global Business Mobility visas, Appendix FM, Settlement and British citizenship applications, as well as assisting clients with Sponsor License Management and compliance support.

Before joining Fragomen, Arayba supported both individual and corporate clients, including Fortune 500 companies, fast-growing startups, and high-net-worth investors on a wide range of immigration matters. Her work included handling sponsored work visas, business visitor visas, family-based visas, naturalization applications, and graduate visas. She also assisted clients with sponsor license applications, compliance issues, license management, and employment eligibility (right to work) checks.
