Arjun is an Associate at Fragomen’s Washington, DC office, where he collaborates with large clients to develop and scale their immigration programs. He advises clients on all aspects of immigration law and is particularly experienced in the PERM labor certification process. He also has experience working on complex immigration matters, such as PERM audit responses, requests for additional evidence and I-140 amendments as a result of mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Arjun was an Associate at a global law firm, where he advised large Silicon Valley companies on the PERM labor certification process and their immigrant visa programs. During law school, he gained experience as a law clerk with a corporate immigration law firm. Prior to law school, he served as a paralegal in corporate immigration.
Arjun speaks English and Tamil and has a professional working proficiency in Hindi and Spanish.
