Arun is a Managing Director at Fragomen’s Kochi office, where he leads Fragomen’s U.S. Shared Services operations. With nearly two decades of experience in his career, Arun has cultivated experience collaborating with clients across diverse industries and geographical regions to address their immigration requirements. He plays a critical role in driving organizational success through effective leadership, client engagement, program management and strategic planning in the complex and dynamic field of immigration services. Over the years, he has adeptly adapted to changing immigration landscapes and emerging trends, consistently delivering innovative solutions and technology-driven RPA support tailored to the evolving needs of U.S. offices serving clients across diverse sectors.

Arun is deeply invested in promoting employee engagement and fostering a supportive work culture. Through his leadership, Fragomen India has implemented a range of employee engagement initiatives aimed at enhancing morale, promoting teamwork and celebrating diversity. He has been instrumental in establishing the U.S. Writer's Club, providing a platform for writers specializing in content writing to collaborate and innovate. He has spearheaded career development programs designed to equip employees with the skills and knowledge necessary for advancement within the organization. These programs not only enhance professional growth but also contribute to the overall success of Fragomen India by nurturing a talent pipeline of skilled individuals.

In addition to career development, Arun is dedicated to fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement. He has championed training initiatives that provide employees with opportunities to enhance their skills, stay abreast of industry trends and deliver exceptional service to clients.

Before joining Fragomen, Arun distinguished himself as the head of the Americas Global Immigration Team at a prominent information technology firm. His tenure in this capacity equipped him with invaluable insights into navigating complex immigration landscapes and managing large-scale initiatives. His strategic vision and forward-thinking approach have propelled him to the forefront of the industry, earning him recognition as a trusted advisor and thought leader.

Arun's contributions extend beyond his professional endeavours; he is a sought-after speaker at numerous HR, mobility and immigration conferences. Through his presentations, Arun shares his wealth of knowledge and experience, contributing to the ongoing dialogue surrounding immigration policies, practices and challenges.
