Arun is a Managing Director at Fragomen’s India Practice, based in Bengaluru. He oversees a comprehensive portfolio that includes India inbound, outbound and managed service programs for some of the firm’s strategic worldwide clients. Arun leads initiatives that strengthen client relationships, optimize processes and drive business growth across the regions.

Arun also spearheads Fragomen’s government relations strategy in India, engaging with policymakers and representing client interests on client interests on critical immigration matters. He collaborates closely with leading industry bodies to enhance the firm’s visibility and deepen engagement with key stakeholders.

Arun has more than two decades of experience in immigration services, client engagement, program management and strategic planning. His career reflects a commitment to delivering tailored solutions that meet the complex needs of multinational organizations worldwide.

 

Previously, Arun served as Managing Director of Fragomen’s U.S. Capability Centre, where he played a pivotal role in delivering innovative, technology-driven solutions and robotic process automation (RPA) support to diverse sectors. His ability to adapt to evolving immigration landscapes and emerging trends has positioned him as a trusted advisor in the industry.

Beyond client service, Arun is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture. Under his leadership, Fragomen India has launched numerous employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale, encourage collaboration and celebrate diversity. He has championed career development programs and training initiatives that empower employees to advance professionally while contributing to organizational success.

Before joining Fragomen, Arun served as the head of the Americas Global Immigration Team at a leading information technology firm, gaining invaluable experience managing large-scale immigration programs and navigating complex regulatory environments. His strategic vision and forward-thinking approach have earned him recognition as a thought leader in the mobility and immigration space.

Arun is a frequent speaker at HR, mobility and immigration conferences, where he shares insights on policy developments, industry trends and best practices. His contributions continue to shape conversations around global immigration and workforce mobility.
