Ashleigh is an Associate at Fragomen’s Chicago office, where she advises corporate clients and their foreign national employees on a variety of employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visa processes, permanent residency and PERM labor certifications. She advises individuals, small businesses and multinational corporations across a variety of industries, including automotive, technology, finance, healthcare, insurance and industrial manufacturing. She partners with clients to build immigration policies and strategies to scale with their growth requirements and the global industry.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Ashleigh gained experience counseling clients on various employment-based immigration matters, particularly PERM labor certifications. She also provided pro bono representation on humanitarian-related immigration matters, including T and U visas as well as Violence Against Women Act (VAWA).
Ashleigh speaks English and French.
