Aslihan (Asli) is an Associate at Fragomen’s Washington, DC, office, where she supports corporate clients with employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters, including H-1B, L-1, E-3, TN, I-140 and PERM labor certification filings. Asli manages end-to-end corporate immigration processes, from case initiation through filing and adjudication, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and process efficiency.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Asli advised corporate clients on Department of Labor and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services compliance, prepared and reviewed employment-based immigration petitions and managed corporate immigration caseloads. She has experience in insurance coverage, litigation and fraud-related matters, including regulatory analysis and risk management for financial institutions and nonprofit organizations, which informs her compliance-driven approach to corporate immigration practice.
