Audrey is an Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where she practices federal immigration and nationality law. Audrey advises multinational corporate clients and provides strategic counseling on employment-based immigration matters, including PERM and permanent residency.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Audrey was an Associate Attorney for mid-sized business immigration firms in the Midwest, where she handled a variety of immigration matters, including nonimmigrant petitions (H-1B, E-2, F-1, J-1, TN, L-1, O-1, B-1/B-2, B in Lieu of H-1B), employment-based immigrant petitions (EB-1, PERM, EB-2, EB-3, EB-5), family-based adjustment of status applications (I-130 AOS), naturalization matters (N-400, N-600) and removal defense. She also served as in-house counsel for a large U.S. title insurance company.
While in law school, Audrey served as a law clerk for a mid-sized corporate immigration firm in Cincinnati, Ohio.
