Audrey is a Director at Fragomen with more than a decade of experience advising multinational companies and skilled professionals on immigration strategy and compliance. She oversees engagements in 14 jurisdictions, with a focus on the Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Austria, Hungary and parts of the Balkans. Audrey works closely with clients to develop mobility programs that are both compliant and responsive to changing business needs. Since joining the firm in 2012, she has supported clients across Europe with tailored, practical solutions.

Beyond her client work, Audrey contributes to Fragomen’s global knowledge team by sharing jurisdiction-specific updates and policy insights. She also coordinates with the firm’s network of local partner firms to help ensure consistent service across regions.

Audrey is passionate about culture and inclusion and leads the local Culture & Inclusion team in the Frankfurt office, where she fosters a supportive workplace environment.

Audrey speaks English, German and Spanish.
