Aviva helps clients hire and retain talented employees, enabling them to grow and meet their business goals. She represents corporate and private clients in all aspects of U.S. immigration, including nonimmigrant visas, permanent residence and citizenship. She provides counsel on all major employment-based temporary and permanent visa categories. Aviva also works with individuals and families on a variety of matters, including family-based green card applications, naturalization, investor visas, and more.

As Aviva counsels corporate clients across different industries, she is skilled at developing customized processes to meet their immigration needs. Specifically, she represents the immigration interests of clients in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, non-profit, financial services and art and design sectors.

Working with corporate clients enables Aviva to tackle a variety of challenges, sometimes due to extenuating circumstances. During the COVID-19 pandemic, her clients depended on Aviva’s guidance to continue to deploy the right talent to the right destination as quickly as possible.

Aviva serves as a true partner to clients’ global immigration teams. Clients praise her ability to look at their entire immigration program holistically and intuitively, often knowing what they want to achieve before they’ve outlined their goals. Her approach to client service has resulted in a number of loyal clients who look to work with Aviva as they move through their own careers.

Immigration law was always a natural path for Aviva, as she is someone who enjoys working with people while making a difference. Being able to directly affect clients’ business objectives, but also help foreign nationals find opportunities to contribute to society through their work is very fulfilling. Aviva also takes her passion for people and for doing good for others and channels it into mentorship of other attorneys in the firm.

Aviva speaks English and Dutch.
