Brienne is an Associate at Fragomen's San Diego office, where she assists multinational corporate clients in the technology sector.
Prior to joining the San Diego office, Brienne was a Law Clerk at the firm's San Francisco office, where she assisted with immigrant and nonimmigrant matters, including H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, EB-1, NIW and AOS. She has also helped prepare responses to Requests for Evidence, Notices of Intent to Deny, Notices of Intent to Revoke, Motions to Reopen, Motions to Reconsider and National Interest Exemption waivers for nonimmigrant visas.
Brienne’s pro bono experience includes working as a student clinician at the University of San Franciso Internet and Intellectual Property Justice Clinic. She has also helped with preparing asylum applications.
