Brooke is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s Silicon Valley office, where she advises clients on a range of immigrant and nonimmigrant matters. She previously worked for several years as a corporate immigration paralegal, including at Fragomen’s San Francisco office.
Before joining Fragomen, Brooke practiced as an Associate in the Northern California office of a large law firm, where she litigated a variety of commercial and patent infringement matters in federal and state court. She also previously served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Frederick J. Martone in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.
During law school, Brooke was an Associate Editor of the Northwestern University Law Review and competed on the Bartlit Center National Trial Team.
Brooke’s pro bono work includes representation of a U Visa holder and her children in their applications for adjustment of status and representation of an asylum applicant from Guatemala.
