Caitlin is an Associate at Fragomen’s Chicago office, where she focuses her practice on employment-based immigration matters, including nonimmigrant visas, immigrant visas, adjustment of status, PERM labor certifications and citizenship.
Caitlin has experience representing clients before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, assisting with removal defense cases and preparing appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals, Northern District of Illinois and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
During law school, Caitlin participated in the Asylum and Immigration Legal Clinic.
