Caroline is a Director in Fragomen’s Johannesburg office, where she is part of the Africa Coordination Center. In her role, she is responsible for managing and facilitating immigration into Sub-Saharan Africa, as well as managing the firm’s partnerships with Local Advisors throughout the region. 

Prior to joining Fragomen, Caroline worked in the consular services department of a visa application center, where she focused on the Schengen visa processes for France and Italy. 

Caroline speaks English and Shona.
