Carolyn (Carrie) is an Associate at Fragomen’s Pittsburgh office, where she focuses on providing immigration services and counsel to employers across a range of industries, including financial services, engineering, manufacturing, performing arts, information technology and more. Her experience includes working with clients to obtain nonimmigrant employment-based visas such as E-2, H-1B, L-1, O-1 and TN, as well as EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa petitions. Carrie also partners with individuals pursuing employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, including EB-1A, EB-2/NIW, O-1 and more, as well as family-based visas. She is authorized to represent clients before the U.S. Department of Justice Executive Office for Immigration Review.
During law school, Carrie served as Editor in Chief of the University of Pittsburgh Law Review and was a law clerk for the Executive Office for Immigration Review at the U.S. Immigration Court in Denver, CO.
Carrie has advised clients on various humanitarian matters on a pro bono basis, including Temporary Protected Status, DACA, Humanitarian Parole, asylum and related matters.
