Casey is a Senior Associate in Fragomen’s New York office, where she counsels clients on various immigrant and nonimmigrant matters. She has particular experience with writing-intensive petitions (e.g., O-1 and EB-1). Casey has experience working with clients that range from start-up companies to Fortune 500 corporations in a diverse array of industries and sectors, including information technology, financial services, the sciences, media and marketing, the arts and consumer products.
Casey has demonstrated experience in consular affairs and employment-based matters, that include securing nonimmigrant visas (including L-1, E-2, O-1, TN and H-1B), as well as permanent residence through EB-1 petitions (Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Researcher, and Multinational Manager and Executive).
