Catherine is a trusted corporate immigration advisor to clients across various industries, ranging from online retail and cloud services to biotechnology, fashion design and power management. She is dedicated to advising on programmatic immigration policies, helping clients of all sizes bridge talent gaps through creative immigration solutions and maintaining compliance with changing regulations.

Catherine truly listens to and learns about her clients’ businesses and their objectives so that she may provide tailored solutions to their most pressing challenges. Her years of experience in immigration law and expertise representing a variety of clients allow her to focus on the nuances of each client’s size, industry and business nature to build an individualized, thoughtful and legally compliant program comprised of both short-term solutions and long-term guidance.

Catherine does not rely on a one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to client or colleague relationships; instead, she believes the key to a strong and successful partnership is building trust and respect through transparent communication, proactivity and proven reliability.

Active in the firm’s Boston office and broader leadership, Catherine manages Fragomen Boston’s operations as well as overall client relationship strategy. Additionally, she oversees the Boston office’s data integrity and reporting team to ensure optimum data quality and consistently realize efficiencies. Catherine is also heavily involved in various firmwide initiatives, such as serving on the firm’s People Committee and advising on standardization and other process and data-related projects.

Catherine is the Co-Chair of the Charlestown YMCA, overseeing and leading initiatives to support well-being in the community, including but not limited to youth and senior citizen programming, health and wellness initiatives, and programs to address food insecurity in the greater Boston area. She has served on the Board of Directors for more than a year and assumed the role of Co-Chair at the beginning of 2023.

Active in the firm’s Boston office and broader leadership, Catherine manages Fragomen Boston’s operations as well as overall client relationship strategy.
