Catherine provides counsel on all aspects of corporate immigration, including nonimmigrant visa options and permanent residence. She represents clients in various industries, including financial services, insurance, fashion design, and computer software.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Catherine practiced immigration law for a well known New York-based firm. While in law school, she was a member of the Syracuse Law Review, 2001-2003. She was also a graduate assistant in immigration law for the university's Slutzker Center for International Services, and held an internship with the Immigration and Naturalization Service.
