Chad is an Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where he counsels multinational corporations on immigrant and nonimmigrant visa processing and strategies. He assists clients with a wide range of case types, including H-1B, L-1, O-1 and E-2 nonimmigrant visas, PERM, EB-1A Extraordinary Ability petitions and EB-2/3 employment-based immigrant visas.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Chad was an Associate at a mid-sized law firm in Orlando, Florida, where he represented a variety of clients in all aspects of corporate immigration, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, Department of Labor compliance matters and I-9 reviews. In addition to his corporate practice, Chad assisted individuals with family-based visa petitions, permanent residence, asylum, naturalization and waiver applications. He also has experience guiding foreign nationals through consular processing visa applications at various consulates worldwide.
