Cheng (Cissy) is an Associate at Fragomen’s San Diego office, where she advises multinational corporate clients on their employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions. She has experience counseling clients on strategies and processes related to H-1B, H-4, H-1B1, F-1, TN and E-3, as well as composing compelling responses to Requests for Evidence.
As an immigrant herself, Cissy possess a deep personal connection to the field of immigration and is fueled by a genuine passion to assist clients, ranging from multinational corporations with large international workforces to small businesses, startups, investors, entrepreneurs and individuals.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Cissy worked at a boutique immigration law firm in California, where she handled a wide range of immigration matters, including H, L, O, EB-1, EB-2, I-485, I-539, I-130 and naturalization. She also previously served as in-house immigration counsel for technology startups.
