Cheyenne is an Associate at Fragomen’s Miami office, where he focuses on advising a multinational corporate client in the technology industry and their humanitarian status-holding employees to navigate the immigrant and nonimmigrant employment-based visa processes. He is authorized to represent clients before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR).
Prior to joining Fragomen, Cheyenne worked for a local, mid-sized law firm, where he focused primarily on removal defense, asylum and family-based immigration processes. He also gained experience working at a global corporate law firm, where he handled an array of employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant processes, including PERM, EB-2, EB-3, H-1B, H-1B1, E-3, L-1A, L-1B and TN, for both individuals and corporate clients. He has also worked at a boutique immigration firm catering to athletes and the world’s elite in their fields, where his focus was on P-1, O-1 and EB-1 processes.
Cheyenne has provided pro bono assistance for TPS holders and individuals in removal proceedings.
Cheyenne speaks English and Spanish.
