Christina is an Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where she assists multinational corporations with a wide range of both immigrant and nonimmigrant based petitions for a variety of industries, including technology, healthcare and energy.
Christina first joined the firm as a Law Clerk in Fall 2021. Prior to rejoining Fragomen as an Associate, she focused mainly on nonimmigrant cases for clients in the technology industry at a business immigration firm. As a law student, Christina provided pro bono services through CUNY Citizenship Now! where she assisted legal permanent residents with applying for naturalization and CUNY Law’s Immigration & Non-Citizen Rights Clinic where she assisted with Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) proceedings.
