Christine is an Associate at Fragomen’s Boston office, where she represents multinational corporate clients as well as individual foreign nationals and their families. She has built her practice and client base with emphasis on clients in information technology, life sciences, pharmaceuticals and related fields.
Christine primarily files a variety of nonimmigrant visas, including H-1B, L-1, E-2, E-3, TN and dependent applications. She handles PERM labor certifications and employment- or family-based immigration visas. She has extensive experience with Motions to Reopen and Reconsider, Administrative Appeals Office (AAO) appeals and responding to USCIS Requests for Evidence. While working closely with her corporate clients on their immigration matters, Christine advises on compliance and best strategies when faced with administrative site visits or other inquiries from various government agencies.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Christine was a Senior Associate at an immigration law firm in the Boston area.
