Cynthia is an Associate at Fragomen’s Silicon Valley office, where she assists clients with employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant matters, including H-1B, EB-1 and EB-2 National Interest Waiver petitions. She also prepares compelling responses to Requests for Evidence issued for a variety of employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visas.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Cynthia represented employers seeking to hire healthcare professionals at hospitals and other health facilities throughout the United States. She oversaw the preparation and filing of immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions, such as EB-3, H-1B, TN and Adjustment of Status petitions. She also has experience representing individuals and their families in family-based, humanitarian, asylum and removal defense matters.
Cynthia has provided pro bono support to low-income individuals seeking immigration assistance at Church World Service and non-profit immigration firms. She also actively volunteers with the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
