Daniel is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s Washington, DC office, where he advises clients in their efforts to hire, transfer and retain foreign talent. His work facilitates temporary and permanent immigration options in fields such as scientific research, pharmaceutical development, film and theater, technology, sports and finance. Daniel’s experience includes assisting companies build out and staff new offices in the U.S., facilitating transfers of multinational managers and executives and successfully responding to complex requests from governmental entities. He also assists with litigation on behalf of corporate and individual clients, including filing mandamus suits to compel agency action and various challenges against adverse agency action under the Administrative Procedure Act (APA).

Daniel works on various individual and other pro bono cases related to Afghan resettlement, particularly around asylum and humanitarian parole.
