Daniel is an Associate at Fragomen’s Boston office, where he primarily supports multinational corporate clients with a wide range of U.S. immigration matters, including immigrant and nonimmigrant cases. He has extensive experience handling a variety of employment-based immigration matters, including H-1B, L-1, O-1 and Requests for Evidence, as well as the PERM process.
Prior to his role as an Associate, Dan was a Business Immigration Paralegal and Law Clerk at the firm. In these roles, he assisted with immigrant visa matters, including the PERM labor certification process, Adjustment of Status and EB-1 and writing-based petitions.
