Dedicated to building effective immigration programs, Da’Niel takes her deep, foundational legal knowledge very seriously—she knows the important role it plays in successfully helping clients solve their most pressing mobility challenges. Combining her passion for knowing and understanding immigration regulations with her strategic advice, Da’Niel ensures her clients have compliant programs that meet their needs and goals.

In addition to developing and expanding these programs, Da’Niel provides counsel on all major employment-based temporary and permanent visa categories to large and mid-size multinational corporations in the technology sector. Specifically, she works with a large technology company to adapt its immigration programming in response to a variety of external factors, including changes in the market and the law.

Clients know they can rely on Da’Niel’s nuanced guidance in these areas—not only because of her commitment to continued education and keeping abreast with the latest regulations—but because of the strong, long-term relationships she builds with them. Da’Niel is just as passionate about collaboration as she is about learning; she consistently hears appreciation from her clients for the trusting partnerships she forms with them. In turn, as true collaborators working toward the same goal, clients can provide their employees with the services they seek and deserve.

Da’Niel also serves as an adjunct professor at Santa Clara University School of Law, where she developed a Business Immigration course that she has taught since 2020. Using her love of learning, she passes this important legal and immigration knowledge to the next generation of lawyers.

Da’Niel’s commitment to pro bono work is evidenced by her role as the Silicon Valley office’s pro bono coordinator and spans a variety of areas, including providing immigration relief through AILA’s Military Assistance Program, assisting refugees with obtaining permanent residence and citizenship, and assisting DACA recipients with obtaining permanent residence in the US.
