Daniela is an Immigration Attorney at Servicios Migratorios Chile (Fragomen’s affiliate in Chile) with experience in Chilean immigration law and human mobility matters. She assists corporate clients from a wide range of industries, including technology, automotive, electronics and finance with their employees’ immigration processes. This includes handling temporary and permanent residence applications, business visas, work permits and other procedures required during their relocation to Chile.

Prior to joining Fragomen, she worked as a Research Assistant for Núcleo Milenio Migra, specifically within the Núcleo Milenio for the Study of the Consequences of Immigration, Determinants of Public Perceptions, and the Potential Mismatches between Reality and Perceptions about Migration in Chile.

Daniela has served as a professor in Human Mobility Class at the Legal Clinic of the Universidad de Valparaíso since 2023, where she extends her support in administrative and judicial immigration cases

Daniela is actively engaged in pro bono work, associating our Chile office with Fundación Pro-Bono. She has also provided assistance to socially vulnerable foreigners who lack access to legal advice by participating in university volunteer programs focused on migrant regularization processes.

Daniela speaks English, French and Spanish.
