Daniele is an Associate at Fragomen’s Dallas office, bringing more than a decade of experience representing individuals, families and businesses in a wide range of U.S. immigration matters. Her practice focuses primarily on employment-based immigration, including immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions, adjustment of status applications, PERM labor certification matters, motions, appeals and strategic immigration planning for multinational and small employers and their employees.

Prior to focusing primarily on employment-based immigration, Daniele maintained a substantial family-based, humanitarian and removal defense advocacy where she represented clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), immigration courts, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA). Her experience includes asylum, VAWA petitions, U visas, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status cases, waivers of inadmissibility, naturalization matters, adjustment of status applications and removal defense.

A frequent speaker and presenter on immigration law, Daniele has presented at various legal, educational, religious and community organizations on topics including employment-based immigration, family-based immigration, immigrant’s rights, humanitarian relief and current immigration trends. She has also served in leadership and volunteer roles with Justice for Our Neighbors (JFON) and the Dallas Bar Association’s Immigration Law Section.

Daniele is originally from Brazil and, as an immigrant herself, understands the struggles of dealing with the American immigration legal systems. Her own immigration challenges moved her to become a passionate immigration law advocate.

Daniele speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish.
