David is an Associate at Fragomen’s Chicago office, where he assists clients, including those in the automotive and management consulting industries, with nonimmigrant visas such as L visas, TNs and H-1B visas, and employment-based immigrant visas for their employees.
David started his career at a large national nonprofit organization based in Chicago where he focused on family- and humanitarian-based immigration. He worked on U visas, TPUs for Venezuelans, DACA renewals and EADs. He then transitioned to be a Judge Advocate (military attorney) for the U.S. Army Reserves, where he picked up active-duty orders focusing on Administrative Law. David is currently still a Judge Advocate in a part-time Reserve capacity. Prior to joining Fragomen, he worked at a private law firm focused on family- and humanitarian-based immigration.
