David is an Associate at Fragomen’s Miami office, where he represents corporate clients and individuals on immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters, such as L-1A, L-1B, EB-1A, EB-1C, O-1A visas and family-based petitions.

After law school, David worked for a national law firm where he assisted a diverse range of corporate clients in various sectors, including technology, engineering, medicine and poultry, with immigrant petitions and nonimmigrant visas. He then returned to his hometown in Arkansas to strategically manage corporate immigration programs for small to international construction and agricultural operations, focusing on H-2A, H-2B and TN nonimmigrant visas, as well as EB-3 (unskilled) immigrant visas. David also counseled corporate clients on the effects of corporate reorganization; the process of recruiting, hiring and employing foreign nationals; and immigration compliance. He has experience successfully responding to USCIS Requests for Evidence and IRS compliance issues related to matters concerning foreign national workers.

David served as a Clinic Fellow at University of Maimi School of Law’s Immigration Clinic. He has provided pro bono work to TPS beneficiaries (TPS renewals) and unaccompanied minors (SIJS) from El Salvador.

David speaks English and Spanish.
