David is an Associate at Fragomen’s Miami office, where he represents multinational organizations and individuals in navigating a broad range of immigrant and nonimmigrant immigration matters. His practice encompasses a wide array of immigration processes, including L-1A and L-1B visas for multinational executives, managers and specialized knowledge professionals; the Blanket L Petition program; O-1A and O-1B visas for individuals of extraordinary ability; EB-1A and EB-1C immigrant classifications; and family-based immigration matters. David has successfully represented individuals in removal proceedings before the U.S. Immigration Courts, as well as those applying for adjustment of status and citizenship before USCIS.

After law school, David worked for a national law firm where he assisted a diverse range of corporate clients in various sectors, including technology, engineering, medicine and poultry, with immigrant petitions and nonimmigrant visas. He then returned to his hometown in Arkansas to strategically manage corporate immigration programs for small to international construction and agricultural operations, focusing on H-2A and H-2B visa programs for temporary agricultural and seasonal workers, TN visas and EB-3 (unskilled) immigrant petition. David also counseled corporate clients on immigration considerations arising from corporate reorganizations; the recruitment, hiring and employment of foreign nationals; and I-9 compliance matters. He has experience successfully responding to complex USCIS Requests for Evidence and IRS compliance issues related to foreign national workers, as well as successfully representing individuals in removal proceedings before the U.S. Immigration Courts and in applications for adjustment of status and U.S. citizenship before USCIS.

David served as a Clinic Fellow at University of Maimi School of Law’s Immigration Clinic. David provides pro bono assistance to unaccompanied minors from El Salvador.
